Acceptable Use Policy

Your FlowLogic engine is a real server that can send requests, emails, and messages at scale. This policy exists so one customer’s abuse can never damage other customers, the recipients of your automations, or the platform’s reputation. It forms part of the Terms of Service.

Prohibited uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages of any kind (email, SMS, DMs), or messages that violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR/ePrivacy, or similar laws;
• Conduct phishing, credential harvesting, impersonation, or distribution of malware;
• Break another service’s terms — including abusive scraping, rate-limit evasion, or automating accounts you are not authorised to control;
• Process or distribute illegal content, or content that infringes others’ rights;
• Mine cryptocurrency, run open proxies/VPN exits, or host unrelated services on the engine;
• Attack, probe, or overload networks or systems (yours is a single-tenant box — you can only be attacking someone else’s);
• Attempt to access other FlowLogic customers’ engines or data, or circumvent platform security.

Resource fairness

Engines are sized for realistic automation workloads. Sustained abuse of CPU, memory, disk, or network far outside normal automation use may result in throttling or a request to upgrade to a larger instance.

Enforcement

We may suspend an engine immediately and without prior notice where we reasonably believe this policy is being violated — abuse from hosted automation infrastructure moves fast, and suspension protects everyone else. We will notify you of the reason and work with you in good faith to restore service where possible. Repeated or serious violations may result in termination under the Terms of Service.

Reporting abuse

To report abuse originating from a FlowLogic engine: [email protected]. Include the source (subdomain or IP), timestamps, and evidence. We investigate every report.
