Terms of Service

Last updated: July 19, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of FlowLogic — the learning platform at learnflowlogic.com and, for Premium subscribers, a dedicated hosted automation engine (together, the “Service”). The Service is operated by Furkan Güven (“FlowLogic”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to the Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of them.

1. The Service

FlowLogic Premium bundles (a) a structured automation curriculum with skill assessment, and (b) a dedicated, single-tenant hosted automation engine provisioned on an isolated server in the European Union. Engines are provisioned after subscription with a target of approximately 2 hours; provisioning times are a target, not a guarantee. Engine credentials are made available as soon as your instance is ready.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and on your engine, including flows you build and third-party services you connect. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

3. Billing

Paid subscriptions are sold through our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, whose checkout terms govern payment processing, taxes, invoicing, and refunds. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. When a subscription ends, your engine enters a wind-down period (Section 7).

4. Your content and data

You own the flows you build, the data they process, and the credentials you connect. We claim no rights over them beyond what is needed to operate the Service. Credentials stored in your engine are encrypted at rest. Where we process personal data on your behalf, the Data Processing Agreement applies.

5. Our content

The curriculum, assessments, and platform are our intellectual property, licensed to you for your own (or your organisation’s internal) use during your subscription. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish curriculum content.

6. Service changes and availability

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided “as is” without a formal uptime guarantee. We may update, add, or remove features with reasonable notice for material changes. Scheduled maintenance and engine software updates may cause brief interruptions.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend an engine immediately for breach of the Acceptable Use Policy, non-payment, or a security risk, and will tell you why. You may cancel at any time. After cancellation or expiry, your engine is retained for a 14-day grace period, during which you may request an export of your flow data; afterwards the server and its data are permanently deleted.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses caused by flows you build, third-party services you connect, or your breach of these Terms. Our total aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. General

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced with reasonable notice, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
